Your website remains live, but without active SiteCare protection you’ll no longer receive security updates, backups, monitoring, or content changes. Unprotected sites are significantly more vulnerable to security threats and performance issues. We strongly recommend maintaining your SiteCare membership.
Yes. You can upgrade from SiteCare to Growth+ at any time. The difference is prorated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Content changes include updating text, swapping images, adjusting colors, adding a new team member, updating hours, or similar small modifications. Larger changes like adding new pages or features can be discussed separately.
